“The property was a little sketchy but helped to hide the nieghborhood. For the price point it was ok, but the late check in left a little concerning question, but that all wound up fine.”

“Charming cottage, well stocked with supplies. Very quiet and clean. Melbourne Village is a hidden gem. I use to live in the Village. This is the cutest place. Everything worked good. ”

This place was amazing, cozy, comfortable and the neighborhood was like you were in a tropical jungle. There is an office which was great for working remote. The neighborhood was quite and great for walking the dogs. Multiple shops and restaurants are near by and i95 was minutes away. ”

“Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

“The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....
