Wonderful Weekend Trip to St. George Island

This condo is very comfortable and clean. The amenities are modern, and the beds are comfortable. The host met all of our basic needs (dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher pods, etc.). The property has a board walk to the beach and pool. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to our questions.

Perfect Island Getaway!

Great location with balcony views of the pool and the beach! Very quiet and private getaway with easy access to the beach! Immaculate condo with plenty of space! Very responsive host! I highly recommend At Whit's End!

FANTASTIC!!

We had a fantastic time despite an early departure due to mandatory evacuations because of Hurricane Helene. The property was fantastic, well supplied. The owner was really great to work with. We’ve stayed at Ocean Mile for the past three years, and this was our favorite property. We’d highly recommend, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Loved everything about this condo: clean and well-appointed unit, easy access to a beautiful beach and community pool, plenty of things in the kitchen you would need to prepare meals, easy parking, close to the state park and short drive to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back!

Perfect location - great condo

This is an awesome location. We’ve stayed at several condos on the property. It’s perfectly located for quick access to the beach and a relaxed experience on the island. This condo is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was felt fresh and newly renovated. The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was also good. Two notes - all of this was clear in the listing but worth a call out: 1. The check out time is 9 am. This was clearly communicated but can be easily overlooked. 2. There weren’t any beach chairs or other beach items that we could find. Again, clearly communicated so not an issue. But something to be mindful of as you’re packing.

Perfect Place to Stay for Out Visit to St. George Island

The property was simply amazing. We were less than 100 steps from the beach, and we could see the beach from our balcony. St. George Island was a perfect location to relax and unwind. The property was exactly what we were looking for and as described on VRBO. If we come back to St. George Island we will stay here again.

Great small family getaway!

First time visiting St. George Island and we will be back!! We loved the lack back vibe of the island. The Whit's End unit is very nicely updated, and we would definitely stay here again. Pool and grill area are a short walk off your back porch and so is the boardwalk to the beach. I think the only question unanswered by their listing was what type of coffee maker is in the kitchen...it's a traditional type coffee pot which the owner was happy to communicate when we reached out ahead of our trip. Book this location, and go enjoy!

Great stay

Place looks to be recently renovated and was very nice and clean. Owner was super easy to get in contact with. Beds were very comfortable and they had everything you’d need there. One of the nicer places I’ve stayed!! We did take out golf cart and this place is too far down to get to by cart. Luckily other family members closer to town enjoyed our cart. Just something to consider if you want to get around by golf cart.

Great beach trip

We had a blast at Whit’s End at St. George! Great beaches, pool and condo! The unit was comfortable, well furnished, and equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home! Thank you for helping our family have an amazing vacation!

Great vacation spot

We just checked out of Whit’s End. The whole family had a wonderful time! The condo is clean and very well stocked with essentials. The kitchen is updated, all the beds were comfy. The kids loved the little bunks built in to the wall. It was just a short walk on the boardwalk to the pool or beach. The condo complex was also clean and family friendly. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Peace of Paradise

It was so peaceful and quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time. The owners have really thought through the needs for someone renting. There were just a lot of extras that you don’t always get when renting.

Nice condo in a great location. Perfect for what we wanted in a beach vacation. Being right next to the ocean and having a community pool made it great for the kids. I highly recommend and will be booking again.

Spring Break 2022

This property was super nice! Loved all of the upgrades. It was super close to the beach which was great with small kiddos who had to keep coming back. The porch/deck needed some work as several boards were loose and it was hard to have to always exit the front door bc there was no key to lock the back deck if you were going out. Overall it was great!

Well Done!

The condo was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying there. We liked their simple touches and clean lines without a lot of clutter. Well done! We could see the beach from the back porches. The island is simple and quiet during our January stay and was perfect for walking on the beach.
