The apartment features a large private courtyard, providing a wonderful outdoor space to relax and unwind. Furnished with a table and seating for four, it is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day exploring the town or nearby beaches. Access to the apartment is via a set of steps leading up to this private courtyard, where double French doors open into the main living space.

Inside, the apartment offers a modern open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with wooden flooring throughout and gas central heating for year-round comfort.
