St Ives House is a stunning three-bedroom townhouse, with off-site parking for one car and dog-friendly, located right on the harbour front of St Ives. Walk out of your front door and straight down the slip onto the beach then come back and soak your troubles away in the fabulous roll top bath with stunning sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond.

The lounge is located on the top floor and has been beautifully decorated with a contemporary and modern vibe. With amazing views across the harbour which can also be enjoyed from the small balcony allowing you to enjoy the hustle and bustle that St Ives has to offer. There is a sprawling, striking navy sofa, a large wall mounted Smart TV and a “cocktail corner”, perfect for a relaxing sundowner after a long day at the beach. The open plan kitchen/dining area is located on the first floor. It also has amazing views of the harbour which can be enjoyed from the two comfortable seats in the window, perfect for your morning coffee whilst watching the glorious sunrise. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar and a dining table for up to six guests, perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion. The utility room is in the basement and has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located on the second floor the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, ample storage and has stunning harbour views. It also benefits from having an ensuite with an imposing roll top bath where you can enjoy the glorious harbour views, wash hand basin and WC. St Ives House is located over three floors and guests will be required to climb stairs. The flight of stairs between the first and the ground floor laundry are steep.

Access Statement – St Ives House is accessed via two steps to the front door. Once inside the front door, there is a flight of stairs consisting of thirteen steps to the first floor of the property.
