  • Nuestro excelente condominio de un dormitorio en Grande Bay está bellamente amueblado y decorado con muchos toques personales y totalmente equipado con todo lo que necesita para una estancia maravillosa y con increíbles vistas del Caribe. También tenemos un condominio de estudio al lado (VRBO # 288205) para su consideración y juntos los hemos llamado "Sugar n 'Spice"; el dormitorio es "Sugar" y el estudio es "Spice". Eche un vistazo a los comentarios para la lista de VRBO # 288205 y obtendrá una muy buena idea del tipo de experiencia que puede esperar que se quede con nosotros. Alquile una o ambas unidades y venga a explorar St John como nuestros huéspedes; Hemos venido a St John por más de 30 años y conocemos muy bien la isla y estamos felices de compartir nuestro conocimiento mientras planifica su viaje.

    El dormitorio tiene una cama King con dosel en el dormitorio principal y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Tenemos un baño principal doble hundido. Hay un gran balcón desde el que disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas y una lavadora / secadora grande, así como un lugar de estacionamiento disponible si elige alquilar un jeep. Y, por supuesto, tenemos una cocina de acero inoxidable y granito totalmente equipada y una parrilla eléctrica Weber en el balcón. Tenemos sillas de playa, toallas y refrigeradores para su uso y tenemos una buena conexión a Internet y un televisor Sony de alta definición con Apple TV y Netflix.

    Estamos ubicados en el edificio trasero C (Stairwell 6) en el segundo piso cerca de la piscina, que creemos que es la principal ubicación dentro de Grande Bay, ya que nos ofrece vistas realmente expansivas y ofrece más privacidad y tranquilidad que las unidades en los edificios más bajos en la calle y más cerca de la ciudad. Grande Bay ofrece una hermosa piscina, jacuzzi y terraza de la piscina con maravillosas vistas del Caribe. También tenemos un gimnasio con cintas de correr, elípticas, bicicletas estáticas y pesas, todas con vistas espectaculares y vistas al Caribe. Y todos los restaurantes, tiendas, bares, etc. de Cruz Bay están a 1-10 minutos a pie.

Excellent property! Check in was simple, communication was great, the beds were comfortable, the property was well stocked with cooking and beach supplies, the location was perfect right in Cruz Bay, and the views were amazing. We will be back.

Beautiful condo! Perfect layout. Every amenity. New appliances, great kitchen, antique Caribbean furniture, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, nice view. Would not hesitate to rent this until again. Onsite management by St John Villa Co - there is never an issue when staying at Grande Bay! Owner is available and attentive to any needs also. Can’t go wrong with Sugar & Spice!

Location is wonderful- close to all the action but far enough away to be quiet. Had a rough travel day and arrived to a parking problem, but Shari in office quickly resolved it. Condo is well stocked and while a little dated, it was clean. Thank you for a nice home base for our St. John's adventure.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this unit. It is extremely well-stocked with just about anything you might need, and the unit is updated. The shower was awesome, and we will definitely be repeat guests at this property.

Family accommodations

It worked great for our family to have adjoining units. The location is convenient walking distance to food and beach. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Best Place To Stay

Property was perfect and the pictures reflected exactly what I would be walking into. Bed was very comfortable and it had everything you needed for your stay. The condo was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here anytime I return to St. John. The host was fantastic to work with

Great Visit

We enjoyed our visit. This property was perfect for us. The view, convenience to Cruz bay and comfortable furniture were excellent. We would definitely stay here again. The management company was responsive and helpful.

Wedding trip

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to attend a wedding in St.John. The condo was great! Close to everything we needed. Shopping, restaurants, beach, bar, taxi stand. We had a wonderful time.

A wonderful condo in Cruz Bay

Perfect Cruz Bay location. The condo is a short walk from the ferry and close to all the Cruz Bay restaurants and nightlife. We rented a car 1 day to explore the island, otherwise we walked to the cab stand and took open air taxis to all the North Shore beaches. The condo was clean, spacious, with a balcony and full kitchen. It was exactly as advertised.

Excellent Stay at Sugar 'n' Spice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was recently renovated and was very well equipped. The owner was very responsive and was very pleasant ro deal with. Grande Bay is the perfect place to stay on St John. The restaurants are all within walking distance and there is a lovely view of the water.

Perfect getaway

This condo was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay! Location could not have been better. Easy short walks to restaurants and bars. Great parking garage and very easy to communicate with staff. Although you won't need to because there are not any problems! Our honeymoon was amazing because of this place. Highly recommend.

This property was perfectly located to everything we wanted or needed on our trip to St. Johns. It was beautiful and eqiped with eveything one would need. A true home away from home. The onsite staff were friendly and the property management team was fabulous to work with. We would hihly recommend Grande Bay and this particular unit to anyone!

Pleasant Stay

My third visit to St. John, and definitely enjoyed this condo. First two visits I stayed in a studio suite, and this time was very nice to stay in the unit with the full kitchen and separate bedroom. Perfect location with an easy walk to and from ferry if need be. The included parking spot was excellent as we rented a car. Would definitely return.
