Stairs in the unit are a bit steep, and there's two sets of staircases from the garage to the unit and from the main floor to the bedrooms, so if stairs are any issue, may not be the right location. “Island Paradise might not be as fancy as some other resorts but it’s got everything you need plus lovely views and it’s perfectly situated in Frigate Bay. The condo we stayed in has been recently renovated and was in superb condition throughout. Joy was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any issues we had. Highly recommended.”

“We found our rental a good value. The location is not beach front as the photo implies. It is a 3 minute walk to the unit from the beach. The beach is flat, sand good, beach chairs nice and no reason to rush out and reserve one. Rent a small SUV to get around. Barefoot next door and Indian Summer has good food to walk to. The restaurant there has good pizza but were not impressed with anything else they served.”

“Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. ”
