The apartment is nestled between the beautiful Tower Grove Park and the eclectic restaurants and bars on South Grand in the majestic Tower Grove Heights. Work up your appetite with a stroll through the park, cross the road to South Grand to sample world-class international cuisine, cocktails, and craft beers, and return home to your stunningly beautiful place for some R+R.

If you're here for tourism, then you've chosen the perfect location-it's a quick 10-minute (or less) drive to basically every other tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

    The cozy bedroom overlooks the fenced backyard and features hardwood floors, a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets, mid-century modern dresser, a full-length mirror, and a closet. The bedroom features a gorgeous 3-panel painting of Van Gogh's "Starry Night Over the Rhone".

    The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and exposed brick walls. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

    The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed, and linens are provided on request. The living room is also equipped with a 55" flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

    The gorgeous dining room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, decorative lighting, and a large polished wood dining room table with four leather chairs. The artwork is Van Gogh's "Cafe Terrace at Night".

    The newly remodeled bathroom features tiled walls with premium stainless fixtures and granite countertops. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary, high-quality, all-natural shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

    This apartment includes the use of a private storage facility with full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and other supplies free of charge.

    Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

    There is usually ample free parking right in front of the building on Roger Place!



    ☆Pets☆



    Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.



    Bringing 3 or more pups along? Staying longer than a week? Message us before you book and we will send over a special offer with a discounted pet fee!

    ☆Rental Policy☆



    Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $295, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.



    ☆Boarding Pass ☆



    Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:



    ●Get directions to the property

    ●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions

    ●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property

    ●Purchase optional add-on services



    Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:



    1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services

    2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check

    3. Sign rental agreement

    4. Provide credit card for incidentals

    5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)



    Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.



    ☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆



    Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.



    If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Property was great! We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town visiting our son! He lives in the area so the location was perfect for us! The park is very nice. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area! Highly recommend this place!

Tower Grove Park

We rented this property because it was convenient to our son's home, which is directly across Tower Grove Park. The one bedroom layout was perfect, and the lodging was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this VRBO.

The apartment was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed being near Tower Grove Park and being so close to Hartford Coffee Company. Parking in front was never an issue.

Very nice city apartment

The apartment was in a nice location with lots of cool places close by. The backyard was fenced so it was great to let the dogs out freely to use the bathroom. It was a spacious place on the second floor
