The hotel in general is fine, it has a bit of a cigarette smell but normal… THE WORST OF THE HOTEL IS THE ATTENTION OF AN OVERWEIGHT BRUNETTE WITH LONG NAILS AND BRAIDED HAIR, she was in a bad mood with many attitudes of owner and a very unpleasant treatment … well, I got to see her at breakfast and I think that my parents and I found the way she was very unpleasant… she should work where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

Buena estadia en gral, las instalaciones limpias y organizadas. El personal bastante atento y dispuestos a ayudar con las necesidades. A causa de la situacion de COVID-19 el Hotel no estaba entregando servicio de desayuno, y esta correcto, pero la opcion que entregaban en remplazo era muy pobre en cantidad y calidad. Salvando eso muy buena la estadia en general.

La atencion al cliente es excelente. Pero la limpieza fue fatal. Llegamos y las sabanas manchadas. La habitacion con olor a perro, igual que los pasillos. Al personal de limpieza ( supervisora) debe prestar mas atencion es simple correir y mas cuando es permitido animales. La administracion del hotel debe dar mas enfacis a la limpieza!!!! Un hotel muy confortable como para que la limpieza dañe todo su entorno. Recomendacion ( deben suvir el costo por animales ya que deben limpiar muy profundo ) esa alfombra tenia un olor a orina de perro.

4 noches en St Petersburg El cuarto es comodo: tiene pequeña heladera y microondas. El desayuno es bastante completo comparado con otros hoteles que tambien lo tienen incluido. En el lobby, tienen una computadora de escritorio con impresora (muy conveniente para imprimir boarding passes, tickets, etc)

The beds were clean was a plus. Our showerhead did not stay in the right position no matter how we tried to rig it up so we HAD TO hand hold it to shower. The bathroom door was terrible! Hard to open or close, and soooo noisy (creeky). The room would cool but then get soooo hot before the ac would kick in again.

So check in wasn’t great… my room was dark and depressing. I rented a room with a hot tub and it was on the first floor facing the street. So it was very noisy. It was also near the door to the pool so lots of Foot traffic. Our bathroom tub was dirty when we checked in. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. I had to ask for clean towels and when I went to the front desk I was never acknowledged. The area didn’t feel safe at all. Very sketchy people walking around outside. Halls very noisy and not so clean. I will never stay here again and honestly this turned me off to all La quinta hotels

Be aware they charge you $5 extra everyday because they believe they are a “resort”. “Resort: is a self-contained commercial establishment that tries to provide most of a vacationer's wants, such as food, drink, swimming, accommodation, sports, entertainment and shopping, on the premises. A hotel is frequently a central feature of a resort and the term resort may be used for a hotel that provides an array of entertainment and recreational activities.” They never clean your room when you are there. Bad breakfast.

This property had the nerve to double its rate to $400 because an event was going on in St. Petersburg. The property was barely worth its original price. Then they charged five dollars a day for maid service on top of an outrageous rate to begin with. The maid never made up the room and they did not refund our money.

As a La Quinta/ Wyndam Rewards member, I was extremely disappointed in the state of the hotel: 1) First, the facility was not very clean in general and needed updating- It was rundown-The rugs in the room and in the hallways were filthy, and the elevator was always dirty. 2) Furthermore our bathroom shower curtain & tub were dirty and the cleaning service never made the bed in the four days we stayed there 3) The breakfast was un-appetizing: The bagels were not fresh & the pancakes were always underdone. 4) The Internet was spotty and we had to get the keys to our room re-programmed nightly even though we were supposedly checked in for four consecutive days.

Nice mid class hotel not very far from downtown.
This is a nice mid class hotel. Rooms are great. Location is good, only a 10 minutes drive to downtown. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a little light but still good.
