Great spot
The host Daniel is amazing! The house has everything you could imagine. Sunscreen and TONS of beach toys, laundry detergent, you name it. It is the nicest home on the block!! The only negative for us was the queen sized bed was really uncomfortable- to the point I began dreading going to bed each night. The only other recommendation I would offer is to upgrade/replace the cookware in the kitchen. For a family like ours who grocery shops and cooks most of our meals while traveling, the cookware was in really bad shape. Honestly, those are the only two things that would keep me from this property. The hosts have really thought of every convenience needed and provided it. Daniel even took the time to chat with us about parks to take our boys right on the bike trail -btw, there are bikes for you to use as well!!

Relaxing getaway for 3 generations
The rental was very clean! All of the beach extras were a bonus. We loved Indian Rocks Beach which was a short drive away. The bikes were fun to take on the trail right across the street. The correspondence with the owner was outstanding for directions and recommendations. Loved the local restaurants.

Great place to stay "off the beaten path"
Great place to stay. There's a lot of fun things to do within a short driving distance. The house had everything you needed plus more! Bikes, tennis rackets and beach towels to name a few. The host was wonderful!

Easy trip
Easy trip. Easy to get to grocery, coffee shops within walking distance. Perfectly placed 15/20 minutes away from all the coastal beach spots. 35/40 minutes to the St. Pete pier. Your local contact is easy to get ahold of and has a great book of local suggestions and previous visitors favorites.

Great place to stay:location, beach supplies and clean!
Enjoyed our trip and stay in Florida. We spent most of our time in Largo at Indian Rocks Beach. The home had beach chairs, beach towels, & cooler that came in handy for our trips to the beach. The beach umbrella was broken so we weren’t able to use that. However, the home was clean and comfortable for my family. The location was perfect! Would stay again.

Property was clean and as described. Lots of kitchen stuff if you want to cook. Quiet neighborhood and property was almost directly across from the Pinellas Trail. Short drive to the beaches. Property manager was super friendly, would definitely stay again.

Safety Issue
There’s no interior locks for renters. The keypad can be accessed at any time by the landlord as a surprise visit. Felt very unsafe. My understanding is in a hotel/renter type of space there has to be locks on the inside for renters.

Very clean townhouse in quiet area. Not far from the beach or shopping. A second tv in the bedroom would be nice. Loved the bikes and beach towels/toys. Will recommend to others and return again.

Great Getaway!
Perfect for our family of 4! Centrally located within Pinellas county with easy access to all major highways. The bikes included in the rental were great for riding on the Pinellas Trail which is just steps from the front door. Several nice beaches are just 10 to 15 minutes away. And Daniel, the owner, was super helpful throughout our trip! Will definitely book here again!

Very nice surprise. Comfortable clean pleasant bungalow with great access to beach and amenities.
Perfect for us. We wanted a comfortable clean spot with location near family in Clearwater. We were very pleasantly surprised how comfortable , ship shape nd well equipped this bungalow is. Even bikes to use on the Pinellas Trail which is less than block away. Owner was helpful and pleasant. Perfect location for us.

A great modest location with convenient accessible owner
This bungalow is in a perfect location, really easy to get to major highways & roads. Owner was quite easy to talk with, kept us informed even offered to help in a lost car keys emergency!! (We found them) House is less than 100 ft from Pinellas Trail, a miles long trail for perfect for hours of exercise in the sun. The house is clean with modest furnishings, right up the street from Publix, you can cook your own seafood dinner. This property is bookmarked will stay again.

Hidden Gem!!
Everything was great! Location was perfect. Felt like we were staying in our own home with all the little touches and amenities that Daniel provided. We were able to make several meals while staying there. Daniel was just a phone call away if we needed anything. We will definitely book this gem again for future trips to Florida!

Simply the best!
Everything you need for a great vacation far away from home and still feel like you're home. It was the best experience we had ever had, and believe me, we travel a lot. The owners are amazing, very friendly and helpful, easy to reach. Everything is so close, quiet place / street, 5 min from the beach by car. Rent yourself a car and you won't regret it..we did all the beaches we could in 7 days. Will definitely come back!Thanks a lot! You made our vacation special!

Great for Families!
Our family of five had a great time staying in Largo! Our host was incredibly helpful and suggested multiple places for us to visit that were perfect for our kids. Also, the home provides a few items that are great for young travelers including bikes, games, beach supplies, and outside toys. Additionally, we were only about 10 minutes from the beach! All-in-all, we would definitely stay at this location again!

Great home base to explore from in Largo
Truly enjoyed our stay! The home was super clean, well stocked with the essentials and everything in working order. Location is awesome, as it is central to check out so many great beaches and cities In Pinellas County. Loved that the house was close to Pinellas Trail too. Local contact was super responsive with great suggestions for some of the areas we visited. Easy check in and out process. Definitely recommend.

As advertised! Great Duplex
Well stocked and well maintained place. Location easy to get to and easy access to beaches, restaurants, etc. Next to bike trail and very close to large park. Contact responded quickly for any questions asked. Pictures were exactly as duplex is! Provided a basket with lot of info on area with a few snacks and even some coffee. The place was nice and clean and very comfortable.

Everything you were told
This little diamond was so comfortable and clean. Our every need was handled, all we did was add food. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but you are within minutes of retail, restaurants, groceries, medical and of course the beaches. Loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Amazing Location!
We had the best stay here. Clean and well kept. We arrived at 2am and the kids were hungry. There were snacks for the kids to eat. Daniel checked in with us throughout our stay! He even had bikes and balls available for us to use. It's located close to everything! Beaches, shopping and parks! We're already booked for a week in April!!

A cozy, clean, well stocked vacation rental in a fantastic location!
The house was well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed the bikes and beach accessories! We have rented over a dozen times at various spots and for the price this was great! You can get bigger, fancier and beach front but your going to pay 3-4x as much. We’ve done it and prefer to make our vacation dollars go farther by renting more reasonably priced homes. The owner was in constant communication to ensure we had everything we needed. We will rent this unit again!!

Great Vacation Home
I was so nervous to book a rental home. I waited until a couple days before the trip to step out on faith and book. The home looks just like the pictures! It was very clean and hospitable. Daniel was so nice and welcoming. He made sure we knew about attractions and dining in the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to cook and there were bikes available for the trail, which my boys loved. There were clean towels and washcloths, cable tv with a fire stick for Netflix. Everything was perfect. I will never book a hotel again after experiencing this rental. It was room to spread out and in a good location. Close to plenty of food, Publix grocery store and about 10 minutes from Clearwater beach! Thanks so much Daniel! Hopefully we will be back this summer :)

Exactly what a VRBO should be
We enjoyed our stay in this Largo townhouse very much! It's located in an older part of town (neat brick streets!) and the townhouse is well kept on the outside and also the inside. We were traveling with young kids (ages 3, 5, and 7) and I didn't worry about them breaking or damaging anything as it was all very simple and uncluttered (no annoying knick knacks). Nice beach theme, but not over the top. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and balls that were thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was exceptional, again, not cluttered but with everything we required. Non stick pans were available, but also stainless steel cookware, which I prefer. Everything was in great shape, nothing hand-me-down or second-rate about this place. It was nice to have the option of Netflix, the kids fell asleep on the pull-out bed, watching their movie after a full day of exploring the Tampa area. No complicated check out instructions either, just common sense stuff. Great experience, start to finish. Thank you!
