Great house in Largo
This is such a cute house and was perfect for me and my family (group of 8). You will likely need to get or bring additional toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying for more than 3-4 days. Everything else that we needed was provided. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Super Clean
This was our first time using VRBO, and we were not disappointed. There was plenty of space for our family of 10!. The house was super clean. Good location, near plenty of stores and short drive to the beach.

Good for large Group
Property was clean and easy to access. Craig was very easy to work with. Nice outdoor space. Convenient to shopping. We had 9 adult men - most over 6ft. 2 of the beds are doubles so it’s pretty tight for sharing. Couch is a pullout which helped but in reality max sleeping is 8 large adults. For a family with smaller kids 10 is no problem. Water dispenser and ice maker don’t work (clear sign noting this) so bring bottled water if drinking from the tap isn’t your thing. Ice trays are provided so we filled a bowl & it wasn’t a big deal. Overall a nice property. We would rent again.

Thank you Brent! You all were awesome guests…just to clarify for future guests…there is only 1 double bed….soon to be replaced for a queen bed. Also there are…2 queens and 3 twins. The sofa bed is also a full queen. Glad you enjoyed your stay…come again soon!

The house is run down, needing a lot of care, minimal supplies. too far to the beach and very difficult to get a parking place at the beach. one of the beds is terrible. It doesn't have usable beach chairs or umbrella, so bring your own. The owner tried to be helpful but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Hi Mary, Unfortunately, because you stopped communicating with us when we had to implement our no pet policy, we are not sure this review is genuine. Our home has all brand new flooring and baseboards, an entirely upgraded kitchen, and fairly new furniture throughout. We do list that we are minutes to the beach and that is 6 to 7 minutes. Parking at the beach is beyond our control. We don’t list that we have a beach umbrella. And we have 10 to 12 beach chairs all in good condition and different sizes. We do list minimal supplies for three days. We are sorry that you couldn’t bring your pet, but we do have a new pet policy that we have on our listing as well. we are always trying to do our best for our guests!

Amazing, Beautiful, Home Comfortably Fit 8
This house was incredible - I swear if I could live there forever, I would! My family and I had the best time hanging out at the house. It was super clean, the kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals, and perfect location to food, major retailers, Botanical Gardens, and the beach. Thank you so much!!

Space to be together
My Florida family and mother from NY were looking for a home to celebrate Christmas weekend together. This 5 bedroom home was spacious enough for privacy when needed with a large kitchen, dining, living room area with an open floor plan. There were 8 adults and 3 babies and we had a great time. 10 minutes from beach and plenty of parking on long double wide driveway. We didn't use the outdoor area because it was a record cold Christmas.

Wedding Adventure
Our stay was a short distance from Clearwater where my niece got married on the Starlite boat. The home provided everything we needed from dishes to beach supplies. The host was very professional and sent someone over if we had any problems. When we were not at the place we ventured out. After the wedding, we help celebrate their “honeymoon “ by going to Indian Rock Beach, Honeymoon Island and then took the ferry over to Caladesi Island. We also had an excellent dinner at Island Way Restaurant in Clearwater. I would definitely recommend this home which is close to airport, beaches, and shopping.

Great trip!
This property was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our trip. Location was excellent with options for food, stores and sightseeing very close. Madeira Beach was about a 15 minute easy drive, Indian Rocks Beach was close and beautiful, St. Pete was about 25 minutes away. The house is on a busy street but it was never a problem. There is a huge backyard which my kids enjoyed in our downtime. We enjoyed sitting out back every morning to have our coffee and really enjoyed having a grill to use on the nights we didn't feel like going anywhere. Craig and his wife were very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back one day!

Clean and perfect!
The house wS perfect for our family getaway! We had 10 people and a baby ! It never felt crowed and was in prime location to everything. We really enjoyed all the little extras. Beach towels, beach toys, coolers and much more! Saved us so much time and money of not having to bring it with us . Would reccomend again!

Amazing Property
The host is amazing just to begin with. The house has so much room and is set up so nicely! The sunroom and backyard is where we spent most of our time, with all the toys you could need to keep every child no matter the age!

Accommodating
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The living room furniture needs to be updated. It’s very uncomfortable. The owners were gracious and came immediately when we had an issue and fixed it.

Beautiful vaca destination near Indian Rocks
We had a great stay! Such a cute home with a great location. Very easy access to Indian rocks as well as Clearwater beach and the surrounding areas. The host was very welcoming and helpful as well as great response time. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Hi Tamara Im sorry to hear about the a/c….the next time feel free to call and let us know… July in Florida is so hot and humid we really have to watch the doors…..the “Ring” doorbell counted between 32 and 49 daily door openings just on the front door only. DIGUSTING HOME
Beware BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS HOME!!! It was literally INFESTED with ROACHES and potentially bed bugs! We took pictures of multiple roaches in their dish washer, the drawers, along the walls, etc. When my friends laid in their sheets, they were bitten by another bug. I found a small red bug in my contact case, not sure if that was a third bug or the bug that was biting us. I messaged the host about it, he said that they have occasional ants - NO SIR, these are ROACHES and when I senator pictures they failed to respond and completely ignored us. They also did NOT clean the home.not only was the lack of cleanliness evident in the many small roaches we encountered, but in the master bedroom my bed was full of sand and dirt on the top comforter, I didn't even feel comfortable to sleep in the sheets. The host replied and said he wasn't sure how that could happen, wow. Basically just lies. Then the air conditioning has a sign that says it will freeze if you go below 72. It was hot and awkward, but that is doable as long as we're not sharing the home with ROACHES. They were the type that didn't run when the lights came on either, that how comfortable they were in the home

These are unfortunate lies. Amber paid us for many damages and for the pest guy to come and confirm in writing there are no roaches and no pests at all. There is central a/c and 2 other portable a/c units. As anyone can see from our reviews, we pride ourselves on our cleanliness.

Great place to stay

Awesome spot!
I stayed here with friends and family for my 30th birthday trip. We wanted a close spot to Clearwater and the house is just a quick Uber ride away. The house had plenty of space and all the amenities. So thankful for all the beach supplies provided! We had an issue with the oven and Craig was very responsive and came over right away to check it out.

90th birthday gathering
Even in COVID we felt very comfortable gathering at this property for my father’s 90th birthday. The large kitchen/dining room/living room area was perfect as was the large backyard with seating and corn hole. There was a small issue at our arrival but the owner was quick to respond and rectify. And the next day he stopped by to apologize again and give me a $25 Publix gift card for the inconvenience. Location was great for us - my parents live at Freedon Square ~ few miles away. Easy access to highway. And close go beach!!.

2nd s tay because it’s perfect
We have a group that travels to train at an acrobatic training facility in St Pete and the is property is perfect for a large group! It’s very clean and cute. Lots of availability to accommodate various combos of friends and new friends.

It was perfect. As a family of 10 it worked out great! A short drive to the beach.
The house worked out beautifully for us. The beach supplies were a real plus, the layout facilitates a large group setting. The location is just a short drive or 30 minute bike ride to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we needed
10 of us stayed while attending a training. There was comfortable space. Everything was clean. Plenty of linens and kitchen items. My only critical was that we had issues figuring out the shower faucets-finding the hot water-labels might be helpful. That certainly didn’t effect our enjoyment and we figured it out lol. This is a great space! Plenty of parking. Externally pleasant and would DEFINITELY stay there again! First choice when we return for trainings for sure!

We were not pleased with the property. We give it a rating of a zero. Will not recommend it to anyon
We had plan on canceling our trip due to Hurricane Michael. We live in an area that was badly hit by the hurricane. But thought it would be a great idea to get away from having to look at the piles and piles of debris that lines ever road in our neighborhood. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing getaway in a nice clean house free of mold and and outside view where everything looked like a bomb hit. We were not pleased when we got to the home. There was an odd smell in the house. So the first thing we did was go the the store to purchase cleaning supplies and Lysol spray to get rid of the smell. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The bed in the master bedroom felt as though you were sleeping on a slope. The other mattresses were not comfortable to sleep on. The cooking utensils need to be replaced and the door on the refrigerator fix because a light push would not close it. The flooring in the master bedroom needs to be replaced because it is scarred up. There were ants in the kitchen so that needs to be taken care of also. The pictures of the house on the internet are very deceiving. The homeowner got a great photographer to make the house look inviting. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay the entire trip. For the amount of money you charge you need to do some renovations to make the house inviting for future guests. I would not recommend this home to be rented by anyone. I doubt anyone will get a chance to read this because you can tell that all of the negative complaints were torn out of the guest book and only the positive ones left in there. Overall experience of the house is a NEGATIVE, not even a half a star. ZERO. Anderson and Austin family.

Perfect place for Dads 90th birthday.
We came for our Dads 90th birthday. This location was perfect. Five bedrooms, large kitchen, beach supplies, and a backyard. It was clean and close to everything we needed. For us it was exactly what we needed.

Good location. Unexpected extra charge
The house was nice and in good location. I would give it 4 stars however, the reason I gave it 2 stars because of the extra charge they claimed that is not justified and not our fault. The trash can was full when we checked in and we had no where to put trash. However, we did clean up and put all trash out to the street sidewalk for garbage pick up the date we checked out and we got charged extra $50 for "excessive trash through out the house". If you stay here, prepare to do all chore works and expect extra charge after all! Tran

We never want to charge a guest extra and there are no chores to do while you are vacationing at our home. This is a fee we incurred by our cleaners since it took much longer than normal to clean after your departure. The house was left in complete disarray with trash and open food all throughout the home, including a dozen or more open jolly ranchers stuck on furniture and the floors. The trash that was there before you arrived was neatly in a large city can and was out on the curb and picked up the same day of your arrival. There were 13 extra bags of trash from your stay of 3 days plus what was taken out of the home during cleaning. Again, there were no chores expected -- we will let our other reviews speak for the beautiful home we provide.

Perfect!
We absolutely loved the house. It Felt like home.The Shopping centers were very close for our convenience. We loved that the beaches were close.We absolutely loved everything about our stay in the Hannah House! We highly recommend anyone to stay there. Its a Cozy, comfortable, roomy home. Loved it!!! The best Amazing family experience ever!
The property was amazing! My family and i enjoyed everything about the Hannah house. It fully equipped with all the necessary tools for us took cook, relax and enjoy one another. And the things we need to have the location made it possible for us retrieve it with no time spent in traffic. We will definitely be making this house our home away from home.

Great stay in Largo
First time in Florida for spring training. The house was perfect location to stay. 20 minutes to Phillies field couldn't have been easier. Beach a short 10 minute ride, stores, restaurants etc. House was big enough for the 8 of us. Hope to come back next year!

Beautiful Home! Excellent Hosts!
My family and I have been using VRBO for 9 years and this was by far the best experience! Craig was easily accessible and we had no issues checking in! It's 10-15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach! Great experience!!
