The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for construction and not mentioned that it was on your website. The room was just fine for what we needed.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but the truth is aside from location this hotel has nothing going for it. The bar was closed, the front desk lacked resources to help me with some requests, the room was small and not hotel-level clean, the water power in the bathroom was embarrassing low.

The pool looks like it’s under construction. When i arrived they couldn’t make me a key so I had to be let into my room (very inconvenient) every time I left. Couldn’t leave the private parking without being manually let out also….. super inconvenient. And the private parking was oversold so you couldn’t leave your spot open.Also the elevator was broken the entire time. Lastly I was kept up all night, called security three times for music blasting. Gave up and packed my things at 2 AM. Had to drive 15 home with ZERO sleep. Absolutely a gutter of an establishment. The employees are even lower than that. I expect a refund.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. Our stay this past weekend in St. Petersburg was nothing short of a complete disaster from start to finish, and I feel genuinely misled by what was advertised versus what we experienced. Let’s start with the most blatant issue: false advertising. The listing prominently features what appears to be a full-service bar in the lobby—one of the details that helped us choose this hotel. In reality? Just an empty bar top sitting awkwardly in the middle of the lobby with zero staff or service. It honestly felt like the photos were fabricated or AI-generated to lure guests in. Parking was another headache. We were told we could pay $10 for on-site parking, only to be told that if we moved our car, our spot was no longer guaranteed. So essentially, you’re paying for the possibility of parking, not an actual space. The pool - another major deciding factor for us - was closed. No notice at booking, no warning ahead of time. Just closed. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken during our entire stay. We were placed on the third floor and told assistance would be available for luggage if needed. That was a joke. There was never any staff around when we actually needed help, leaving us to haul everything ourselves. Cleanliness? Questionable at best. One of the blankets in our room had stains that looked like chocolate… or something far worse. Absolutely disgusting and completely inexcusable. Housekeep

St. Pete is a beautiful city. Property was conveniently located 10 minute walk from St. Pete Pier. The staff was very accommodating. They made a great recommendation where to visit while in town.

Had to find a parking garage as hotel was full. Room was horrible; had mold, towel holder in bathroom was attached by tape and fell off, AC unit was held together with tape and was broken, they put a new window unit in, room smelled like moldy. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our bags up stairs and at 66yo that was not fun. I kept socks on because the hardwood floors were not real clean. The only good part of stay was the front desk staff. They were very friendly and did best to help. I was there for music festival with my daughter and the hotel was best price we could find that was a 10 to 15 minute walk to everything in downtown St. Pete area. They charged me $50 security deposit that I was supposed to get refunded but they have yet to do so

Do Not Stay! The room had blood on the walls and dirty towels and outlets that did not work. The front desk staff Bri attempted to hustle us, stating to pay her to get into places which all turned out false. We were told we could purchase water from the hotel, that was a lie or unavailable upon request. Parking was always completely full and no other parking options were available. Found a lot which was 35 dollars per day. We requested a ground floor room for one of our handicapped guests and that was not accommodated. The elevator was not in working order which was notated before hand. No one to assist with baggage up and down the stairs or to help our handicapped guest. Overall a terrible stay.

Charming but a little over priced for the age and quirks of the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a little tricky but manageable. Great area, walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Staff was friendly, the ac was cold, bed was comfortable,and the water pressure was great, but the property was very neglected and run down, did not have a refrigerator or microwave, and no elevator, also had a musty odor, luckily we just needed a place to sleep during a music festival because that’s all it was good for is a place to sleep and shower

Description says self parking available but when checking in the front desk employee stated the lot was full and offered no further help on where else we could park. We were left to figure it out. The elevators didn’t work during our stay. The whole facility was very outdated.

This hotel was pretty much on par with what the other Expedia reviewers have described, so it was what I expected. It's under renovation so it has pretty much no amenities (the restaurant and bar aren't open and not much else to do there). I just mainly wanted it for the prime location downtown, which it was definitely in a great spot. The big thing everyone needs to plan for and pay attention to, is that as other reviews have accurately stated, there is practically no parking. BUT, even though I didn't get a spot this time, I did learn from the front desk how to beat everyone to a spot before being shut out. You need to arrive the moment check-in opens up at 3pm. Check-in and pay for your parking, then you get a pass to put on your window, but you can leave, you don't have to stay in your spot because they'll cut everyone else off later once the passes sell out. If you show up at 5 or 6pm, you're not likely to get one. This is a tip for their parking policy, I wish another reviewer would've posted this, so I'm doing it now to help others. Other than the parking hassle, this hotel is acceptable for a clean, quiet stay downtown St Pete.
