disappointed with several aspects of this property, many of which were misrepresented or not disclosed in the listing.First, the “king bed” is actually two twin mattresses pushed together, which means you end up sliding into the gap in the middle all night. Extremely uncomfortable and definitely not a real king bed.The “water access” and “terrace/patio” are not private — they’re shared with all the other guests staying in the duplex and adjoining rooms. When others are using the kayak or pier, there’s basically no space or equipment left for anyone else. It felt more like a crowded hostel than a relaxing getaway.The shower curtain was visibly dirty, and the backyard was cluttered with debris, which made the outdoor space feel neglected. Parking is also a headache — it’s limited and shared among all guests, leading to double-parking and frustration.Additionally, the bathrooms have no A/C vents. You have to open a window just to get air circulation, which isn’t ideal, especially in the summer.Overall, the property felt overcrowded, poorly maintained, and misrepresented in the listing.
