Perfect Beach Getaway If you're looking for a great vacation spot near the ocean, this property is a gem! It’s a minute drive to Secret Harbor Beach and Sunset Grille. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. It has five bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for whipping up meals. There’s a stash of spices, oil and vinegar, and even some condiments. They have a Webber grill we used for steaks one night. It was perfect. The pool was great, It’s a fantastic space to relax and unwind. You'll also find a pool table for some fun-filled evenings after a day at the beach. The laundry room is another nice touch, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay. It’s easily accessible as well.Being so close to Red Hook adds to the appeal, with plenty of dining and entertainment options just a short drive away. The Ferry to St John is right in Red Hook as well. Overall, this property offers impressive amenities and a perfect location for a memorable beach vacation. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic property! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The landscaping is lovely. There were gorgeous views of the ocean from the front and side of the house. Every amenity we needed was there. The kitchen was well supplied for meal preparation and dining, and included many staples and snacks. The pool and courtyard were perfect and enjoyed by everyone. It was great to have a pool table and other outdoor toys and games. Our host was very responsive and helpful in every way possible. Would love to return for another special vacation with our family!

Amazing place and superb host! Sparkling clean and comfortable. The host took care of every single detail, from shampoo in every shower, to enough deluxe coffee to last our large group for a whole week. Everything was in working order, there was plenty of beach towels, pool toys for the kids, etc. And location is great, very secluded, yet withing minutes from everything. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Our host, Jerscillia, was professional, prompt, and attentive to our needs. The property was clean and safe for our family of 15, including 6 children under 12. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, allowing us to make most meals at home. There were plenty of places for groups to sit and visit, both indoors and outdoors. The “grandparents” enjoyed having a separate “cottage” outside the main house. It is about a 30-minute drive to the airport along narrow, twisting mountain roads, but I highly recommend renting a car because nothing is within walking distance (Secret Harbor Beach is a short distance away, but it's not safe for children to walk along narrow roads). We enjoyed the surrounding beaches and ferry ride from Red Hook to St. John’s. Moes Grocery in Red Hook is convenient, yet pricey.We were caught in the FAA flight ban over the Caribbean in January 2026, and all our flights were cancelled. It took five days to get everyone out, and Jerscillia was gracious to let us stay one additional night before the next party checked in. She also offered to help us find other accommodation until we could get out. Overall, this is a great property for a family reunion, especially one with small children. Book it!

From the time I booked, until days after we left, Jerscilla was absolutely THE BEST host I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with planning my entire family trip from the private chef, cake, massage therapists, places to go, to car services! I used all of her recommended vendors and everything was a complete success.The house was AMAZING!!! It was perfect for my family and I. It had waaaaay more amenities then I ever expected. The house was STACKED with anything you would need from beach towels and chairs, laundry detergent, to non perishable food items including seasonings. The pool was perfect and we loved playing pool at night with the lights lit up. The views on the water from the house were breathtaking. We were just blown away with our entire experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home if you’re considering!

We booked this beautiful house to celebrate my father's 80th birthday and it was incredible. The house has everything you could want and more. It was clean and accommodated 16 people easily. A perfect vacation!

The house was beautiful and fully stocked. Great location near Red Hook and Lindquist Beach. There was a ton of space and plenty of things to entertain all ages (pool, games, pool table, etc.). The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!

Awesome Villa and Responsive Host

The property is is located in a nice neighborhood. It’s is gated and the floor plan is perfect. The extra amenities added were all well appointed and the rental jeeps were convenient touch. I loved the setup. We had a group of 17 and we were comfortable. The host is amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive.

Great House for a Large Group!

We were lucky to rent this after our other rental cancelled on us last minute- and we are so glad we did! It’s a beautiful home with a central indoor/outdoor gathering area, and rooms around it…a really nice setup for the 8 of us! It was exactly how the pictures depict it. Every single one of us commented that the beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on in a VRBO rental! Jerscillia was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making check in and out a breeze. Jump on this rental while you can!
