“My group and I can for Carnival and had a wonderful time. A plus for us was we could hear the music from the house, So we were not far from all the festivities. The house was wonderful and we all Loved the set up, even with the that were a bit problematic nothing that wont be amazing when certain up grades are made. The views are spectacular and the wrap around deck are a plus plus. Thanks again to our host Richard. I definitely would book with him again. Until next time VI”

“The property is amazing; Zach had the manager meet us at the house for check in and a tour. He gave us suggestions for places to go/eat. He had a driver pick us up from airport and then we had the same driver take us to a local beach. We walked to the ferry in the morning to ferry over to BVI. Beautiful, beautiful property!”

“Had a wonderful time. The grounds are incredible. The Shack is right nextdoor for drinks and lunch/dinner with an ocean view. Lots of boats parked in Hull Bay but that didn’t bother us. Good snorkeling.”

Perfectly placed in lush foliage among a beautifully scalped landscape full wildlife plants and flowers. The deck spanning the entire width of the unit is awesome for sunrises and lit nicely to enjoy the evenings. Would definitely stay again”

“It was a beautiful rental with a view - very quiet with nature all around. No laundry in unit, but owner offered laundry service. Quiet side of island so a 40 minute ride to beaches on curvy & often steep rides - you’ll need a Jeep! Limited grocery options nearby & no gas station close by. We enjoyed our visit very much - there is a learning curve ”

“Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations! James was very communicative leading up to our stay, and met us at our car rental location to lead us to the property. Since this was our first time at St. John, this was very helpful. He gave us a tour of the property, sharing tips to improve our stay, and even prepared a snack platter of some goodies from a local market. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stocked with anything we could need (extra blankets, fans, AC, basic toiletries)....
