** St Thomas has been working on repairing and improving since Irma and Maria hit our island. There seems to always be project going on around the island. There may be improvements going on during your stay; though we will alert you if any are going on with this unit in-particular.
*** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. Rates are lower during this time and therefore there are no refunds given for sargassum grass.
**** Our island is run off of generator power and, as such, tends to experience power outages often. Most of the time these outages are only a few hours at a time, but sometimes outages can be more lengthy. This complex has a back up generator for water and outdoor lighting currently. We do not refund for power outages.
