“Quiet & Wilma is the BEST!! Upgrades required. ”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...

“En la habitación había insectos,hormigas el personal de recepción del turno de la tarde no era nada servicial. Se encendieron las alarmas de incendio en plena madrugada nos hicieron evacuar con niños pequeños a la 1am y solo por que alguien estaba fumando no tienen nada de seriedad para hacer cumplir las políticas del hotel ”

“Hotel was in construction/remodel,dust was noticeable and the apparence was not closed to what it shows on the pictures. We did not stayed at the hotel we ended up going to a different hotel.”

“This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. ”
