“Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area . We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful .”

All fixtures and fittings in the room were top quality and imacculately installed. Excellent breakfast. To nit- pic, the toilet was set too high off the floor. One less robust pillow would have been nice. There seemed to be no lighting to the front of the building, maklng it difficult to locate in the dark. I would definitely stay again.”

“Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.”

“Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ? No room clean, towel change or bed made, not the end of the world, but at these prices 100% expected, doors all slam in the property asthere are no door weights to hold any doors, the web site made it look like you had your own hot tub, you do not at all, its shared with all other guests! No food on site after 4pm was a big let down, althouygh saying that breakfast was very good, and really the only thing that...

“It was a very nice day with exception the elevator that we realized was not working . We were on the third floor with suitcases to take down but made said that there was another elevator that was in service otherwise we would have had quite a time. The bed was high and comfortable the bathroom had a step up into the bathtub which I didn't care for but the water pressure etc was perfect . Wish the rates were a bit lower.”

“The property was clean and tidy, but a little tired, and the central heating wasn't working in the room; however, there was a small electric radiator available, which made the room bearable after an hour or so. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, which was well before booking in time. ”

“Really accommodating host. We needed an early check in and this was sorted for us no problem. Clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Although no-one manned the reception, the host was easy to get hold of and made the stay easy as pie. Thank you very much”
