“Staff were so helpful and friendly”

“Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.”

“Good location for strolling around Langport with its cafes,independent shops , gardens and river walks . The library is very close with an outdoors area . We had a room in the courtyard , good in the heatwave . Sometimes had to park further away in town car park ..still free ,though in autumn 2026 may have to pay . Staff helpful .”

“Lovely hotel in the centre of Taunton - staff were really helpful and polite when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with all the amenities - great water pressure in the shower! Also the room was very quiet for a Friday night so not a lot of outside noise can be heard. Breakfast was really good lots of choices, fresh food and cooked to order items. “Kleine, aber vollkommen ausreichende Unterkunft für ein paar Tage. Das Frühstück musste am Vortag bestellt werden und wurde dann morgens pünktlich frisch zubereitet, super Auswahl mit English Breakfast, Porridge, etc.”

“Location was good , bed clean other than that dreadful. Carpet was filthy , no WiFi even though it said free WiFi , no hot water for the 2 days, bacon run out at breakfast, even thought was 9.15am no yoghurts , the tables were dirty and very sticky , whole place needs a complete re vamp, out dated , dirty , sadly won’t be returning”

“Wall Eden Farm is a bit of a gem. It’s peaceful and uncomplicated, and the staff welcomed us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure we had a good stay. We stayed as a family and felt at ease straight away. There’s lots of nature and wildlife around if you take the time to notice it, which we really enjoyed.
