“Many minor repairs are needed. The home was as clean as it can get without renovation. Gas grill was filled with charcoal and ash. Yard is overgrown with long grass and weeds. Mattresses are as uncomfortable as sleeping on a hardwood floor. For the price and quality, I would have rather stayed at a hotel. If you like a comfortable couch and big TV, this is your place. If you value anything else about your stay, look somewhere else. ”

“What a cool studio. It was very comfortable and had a great feel to it overall.The only thing that held it back for me was the patio and outdoor furniture. I really wanted to spend time outside, especially with how nice the setting is, but everything felt pretty grimy. A good power wash would go a long way.
