“This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming.”

“Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...

“Convenient location 2 mins of M6 Jnc 13, easy access to car park, quick check in( Aidan) very efficient, excellent room very clean great beds and shower. Superb dining area, staff helpful with Gluten Free options and Dietary knowledge. The excellent price made it a go to on my next visit to Stoke.”
