“Excellent option and service.”

“I recently stayed here for a training event. The facilities were generally ok and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Some parts of the property do feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The main issue I had was with the shower in my room, which had no cold water at all and was boiling hot. Unfortunately, I only discovered this in the morning, so there wasn’t really time for it to be fixed before I had to leave.”

“I wasnt a fan of the overuse of air freshner in the room. It was overpowering. Generally, the room was looking a bit tired. The staff were very nice and worked hard to make the stay pleasant. Dinner was good.”

“This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming.”

“The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. ”

“I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process”
