“This is going to sound ridiculous--there are so many awesome things about this place, from the view to the high-tech everything to the fantastically deep bathtub--but as an American on a road trip through Scotland, I was *so excited* to have a real, actual, American-style clothes dryer to do laundry! So many rentals in Europe have those air-fluff washer/dryer combos, or just plain old drying racks for wet clothes, so to have a full-fledged electric dryer was the height of luxury. Silly, I know....

Management are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Recommend the Castle cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”
