“This property is quite large and run like a hostel. There were maybe six rooms that were occupied while we were there. We had an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room and sun room are shared spaces as is the TV and fridge. The common areas are under utilized by the tenants. If you’re looking for a convenient place to lay your head before boarding a flight at Gatwick this will work. We’ve never rented a room in a house before. Not sure we’d do it again.
