“In general the stay was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. The only thing was that Expedia needs to specify at the beginning that room #4, #5 and #6 share bathroom. This information should come more clear before anyone books. We had to pay a bit more in order to have another room with a private bathroom. ”

“Max’s Roost was lovely! Clean, bright. It feels more like an AirBnB because there isn’t an in-person reception, but the communication was good and effective. There is a nice organized binder in the room to answer any questions you might have. My only warning is the bedframe is VERY creaky. If you turn over, it’s going to creak—very loudly. It’s alarming. Otherwise, it’s comfortable. At the restaurant below (which we highly recommend), some sort of mechanical noises started somewhere between...

“Beautiful historical place and building. You can feel the history behind. The furniture is nice and well restored. The room is comfortable. There is a tavern next and we had dinner and good local beers. The breakfast was amazing: you can choose the food and it is prepared especially for you.
