“Great place, fun little cozy spot. Not as secluded as it may appear in pictures. Farmhouse is about 100 feet away, and there are numerous other rentals nearby, so we had people walking around the house while we were there. Nice house, really enjoyed our stay, but not very private or secluded at all. If that’s ok with you, inside the place itself is nice.”

“Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. Very close proximity to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail made this property extra attractive to me. Close to Jeffersonville for any immediate needs. Beautiful, quiet property, cozy cabin, and a wonderful host. Dianne was quick to respond to my questions, and went above and beyond to help make my time extra comfortable. “Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You”

“They call this a cabin, but this is more a rustic house in my opinion, but maybe because I don't have a great opinion of cabins in general, lol. The fenced in yard was perfect for my pug dogs. I was shocked at how well stocked this place was. They had items in the kitchen that I didn't know existed. I only slept in one of the beds, but it was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and so nice. If this is available for next year's event weekend, I'll reserve again. ”
