Downside, bed needs upgrade, a/c units not in windows yet. It didn't state they weren't in the windows.That being said, I would stay again but bring mattress topper.”

Grocery was next door. We were w/o heat & hot water the first 24 hrs. Aaron fixed that issue after I texted him.
