“Increíble hotel sin pensarlo regresaría ”

“A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.”

“La localización y el personal muy amable ”

“La ubicacion es inmejorable. El equipamiento del departamento es excelente”

“Todo excelente”

“Todo perfecto y con buena calidad”

“Short walking distance from old center. Quiet area. Clean! Breakfast was good but not what I had expected. They deliver you a packaged meal.”

“Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money.”

“Room was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Nice location!”

“Un hostal aceptablemente limpio, espacio sufiicente, pero con demasiado ruido que se transmina a la habitacion. Es un buen lugar si no tienes sueño ligero. Buena ubicación. Atencion del personal regular ”

“Espacio muy cómodo, limpio y agradable. Muy buen alojamiento cerca del centro de la ciudad”

“Bueno me gusto mucho !!!”

El inconveniente es que era un 3r piso sin ascensor y no lo indica en la descripción del apartamento. Tampoco nos gustó que nos dijeron que nos vendrían a recibir personalmente y a última hora nos dijeron que no”

“Great location near old town and transportation”

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”

“Great apartment in an excellent location, very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and maintained to a very high standard. It really feels like the owner has thought of every detail to make the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everything is high quality, with air conditioning in every room and very comfortable beds. Overall, the apartment is comparable to a 5-star hotel in terms of...
