“A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.”

“Todo perfecto y con buena calidad”

“Un hostal aceptablemente limpio, espacio sufiicente, pero con demasiado ruido que se transmina a la habitacion. Es un buen lugar si no tienes sueño ligero. Buena ubicación. Atencion del personal regular ”

“Room was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. Nice location!”

“Short walking distance from old center. Quiet area. Clean! Breakfast was good but not what I had expected. They deliver you a packaged meal.”

“The photos of this aparthotel were not accurate and made the room look much larger than it actually was. The room was extremely small, and the floor was uneven to the point where it felt like you were sliding downhill. Soundproofing was very poor. The bed was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It was...

“They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb. Balcony was nice to have some tea. The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed. They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly. We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. ”

“Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was nice and the bar was good too. Nice clean cosy room and friendly professional staff. The only issue was the street outside got quite noisy during the night, though I'm sure that's normal for this area of Krakow. Really excellent value for money.”

“Es en una zona muy central y es muy económico! ”

“The room was nice, the location is great and near good eats, etc... The owner of the apartment is very direct and can come off a bit rude. Just FYI. ”

“The location was excellent. The host manager was very helpful and answered all of our concerns and questions. The property is tired, it needs some TLC and maintenance. The bathroom vanity, is water damaged and swollen. The kitchen kick clips are broken and it falls off every time you open the dishwasher. There is 1 pan and 1 pot, for cooking, the pan isn't compatible with the conduction stovetop, the other cooking utensils are basic. The shower is REALLY small, literally, like a 2 foot wide...
