“Situado en un entorno rural con la planta baja (zonas de restaurante y de bar con chimenea) bonita, la habitación doble ("Honeybarrel") con baño no llegó a cumplir nuestras expectativas ni el nivel alto que el establecimiento tiene como objetivo. Ambos eran sobre todo muy pequeños y carecían de armarios (teníamos que dejar el equipaje en el pasillo detrás de la puerta de la habitación y una maleta en el coche). La escalera a la primera planta incómoda. El personal amable.”

“The staff are amazing the bar is great and very well priced, the room was really nice apart from the bathroom, there was cobwebs in the corners and mould around the shower tray also the shower head wouldn't stay up the pole it kept sliding down. The bathroom could do with a shelf by the sink to put your stuff on. Only basic stuff really. The pancakes with fruit at breakfast was tinned mixed fruit. The cooked breakfast was excellent. “hôtel-pub très bien situé le long de la rivière, parking gratuit pour les hôtes. Superbe chambre bien équipée et situé au calme. Petit-déjeuner au pub dans une ambiance très cosy, les petits-déjeuners étaient très bon! Le personnel très prévenant et gentil. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier chaleureusement la superviseur qui nous à permis de pouvoir arriver à 01h00 du matin suite à un accident qui nous à bloqué sur la route, peu d'hôtels auraient offert un tel service! “We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”

“Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know.”
