“My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

"Muy mala experiencia en Ocean Casino Resort. Llegamos aproximadamente a las 2:30 AM, dentro del horario establecido de check-in (hasta las 3:00 AM). Incluso habíamos enviado un correo previamente notificando una posible llegada tardía por retrasos de vuelo. A pesar de esto, la persona en recepción se negó inicialmente a realizarnos el check-in. La situación escaló innecesariamente: comenzó a discutir con nosotros, amenazó con llamar a seguridad y, debido a la barrera del idioma (no había personal que hablara español), la comunicación fue muy difícil. En un momento, nos pidió que saliéramos del lobby con todas nuestras maletas. Tuvimos que salir al exterior con temperaturas bajo cero y buscar ayuda con un oficial de seguridad en la entrada. Solo después de eso nos permitieron regresar, y la misma persona finalmente realizó el check-in, de mala gana. Esto no solo fue un mal servicio, fue una situación inaceptable desde el punto de vista de seguridad y hospitalidad. No es correcto sacar a huéspedes a esa hora y en esas condiciones, especialmente estando dentro del horario válido de check-in. Además, enviamos una queja formal posteriormente y nunca recibimos respuesta. La primera impresión es clave, y en este caso fue suficiente para no querer regresar. La administración debería revisar seriamente la capacitación de su personal y sus estándares de servicio."
