“A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! ”

“Room and ensuite was clean, bed was comfortable and heating good. Parking outside our room was very tight. The track leading up to the property did not have a proper sign pointing to turn in. Just a hand written one leaning against a post which we missed in the dark. When we drove up to the main building there was no sign pointing where to go in for reception. We stayed two nights but when we had our breakfast we had nothing to wash our plates with , no cloth, brush, tea towel etc and had to do...

“Had the best stay at this property! The host, Lydia, was amazing and lovely, made us feel so welcomed. It was peaceful & quiet & the little doggos - chief and ranger, made the stay so memorable and special for us. Lots to do nearby - Healesville and Yarra valley areas. We loved having our smores at the fire pit & reading and slow mornings. Would 100% recommend!”
