“There was a lot of space, but it wasn’t well-maintained. There was a persistent bad smell that we couldn’t identify. It was musty but also smelled like garbage. It reached every room in the house, but was strongest in the garage/ basement and front entrance. There were also so many big flies on the first floor, at least a dozen of them around the windows. We tried to investigate the smell but couldn’t figure it out. After sleeping in it for a night, we let the owners know but they told us there...
