“Worst experience at this hotel by far. Fully understand that Sudbury is busy with hockey over the winter season. But the hockey families staying at this hotel were extremely disrespectful of other hotel guests. (We are a hockey family as well) We came up solely for a family trip, to utilize the hot tub and pool. For the entirety of our trip the pool and hot tub was closed due to the other younger guests not being monitored in the pool area resulting in vandalism of the hot tub and pool (soap...

“Nice breakfast and good room. Owners are very nice.”

“Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. ”

“There was a fire at the hotel - we stayed outside for 1.5 hours - hotel offered no blankets , comforts some had no socks or jackets - we had to get out - then no communication next day - like all is rectified , have some free breakfast - no nothing - it was hard- I couldn’t warm up for a long time next door McDonald let us get warm and use bathrooms a- a plan for host should be considered ”

“Parking was good and spacious fit our crew cab Long box 2500 no problem staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfortable ”

“Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. ”
