“The property was well maintained and clean. They provide 4 kayaks for their guest. We didn’t use them but that’s a great added bonus. Make sure you bring bug spray if you’re going to be outside much. The hot tub was really nice to enjoy after an afternoon of paintball for my achy back too. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and pillows. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next Patoka trip! ”

“Excellent communication, fast responses, very accommodating. The layout is fantastic with lots of open space, comfortable bedrooms, and excellent amenities. The backyard is absolutely huge, probably 3 acres or so. Would stay again for sure.”
