VISTAS INCREÍBLES FRENTE AL MAR UBICACIÓN INCREÍBLE

Esta encantadora casa de playa se encuentra en un amplio lote frente al mar que proporciona su propio acceso a la playa. ¡Esta es la vista que verás cuando entres por la puerta principal!

Ubicado a menos de dos cuadras de los restaurantes y bares de su vecindario. Después de un día de diversión al sol, ¡enjuague en las duchas privadas al aire libre y disfrute del clima en los porches que elija! El comedor tiene capacidad para diez personas.

La sala de estar abierta tiene una vista magnífica y es ideal para el entretenimiento. Sube al porche cubierto o disfruta de los rayos del sol en la terraza.

En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios con camas queen y dos baños completos. Al final del pasillo desde estas habitaciones hay una cocina, un comedor y una sala de estar con chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. Fuera de la sala de estar y el comedor hay un maravilloso porche de pantalla grande con increíbles vistas del Océano Atlántico. También hay una parrilla de gas en el porche para esas comidas al aire libre de verano, fuera del porche hay una gran terraza.

En el segundo piso, disfrute del amanecer y el atardecer en el porche de arriba. Hay dos dormitorios principales ubicados en este piso, cada uno con baños privados y televisores de pantalla plana, uno de los maestros tiene un sofá cama de dos plazas. También ubicado en este piso hay un dormitorio que tiene 3 camas individuales con TV y medio baño ubicado al lado de ese dormitorio. También hay un sofá cama de dos plazas en esta habitación.

La chimenea de gas en la sala ya no funciona.

Tenemos las mismas familias cada año en esta casa. ¡Es la playa clásica en su mejor momento y un gran lugar para los recuerdos familiares!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It is open and spacious - which was key as it rained multiple days during our stay and we had 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Everything we needed was there and the place was super clean and comfortable. The property manager Heather was terrific. Super responsive. The location cannot be matched.

The house is fantastic as the location and view are fabulous! The house itself really needs to have updates. The carpet is really stained and looks gross, and the furniture has seen better days. We would love to stay there again once it has a bit of a refresh as it is a fabulous house and location and we had a great time.

Great Spot!

Really enjoyed our time in Sullivan's Island last week. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and near all the great restaurants. Tons of room in the house, very clean, lots of parking - would definitely stay again!

Location, Location, Location

Our family has vacationed on Sullivan’s Island for 6 generations and Pettigrew St. is always a mainstay with short, direct beach access and stunning views. We love this house with its large open kitchen and many bedrooms. We’ll be back next year!

Amazing location in a charming town

Perfect Beachfront Location for a Memorable Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at this property, Perfect Beachfront Location for a Memorable Family Vacation with plenty of space for all eight of us to unwind and enjoy a week of sun, sand, and exploration. The location couldn't be better—right on the beach and within walking distance to charming local restaurants. It also served as a great base for discovering the greater Charleston area. While the house may not be a modern showpiece, it more than makes up for it with its functionality and comfort. We appreciated the consistently hot showers, refreshing cold AC, and the thoughtful open floor plan that made gatherings easy. The screened porch and multiple decks were perfect spots to take in the breathtaking views and relax with a good book or a glass of wine. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located beach house that offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this property!

Great spot!

What a great place! Right on the beach and right next to the beach access. Bedrooms were all spacious. Huge screened porch to hang in and from which you can see and hear the ocean. Such a relaxing place. Property management were very responsive. Easy walk into town for dinner, drinks, and shopping. Location could not be better. We will definitely look to stay here again.

The perfect home away from home!

We absolutely loved our time spent at this home during our stay on Sullivan’s! The location was perfect, a less than 5 min walk to restaurants and park, and the house was even better in person than the pictures showed. The rooms were all very large, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge, enough seating to accommodate large families. We had all ages there, my husband and I, his parents, and our 3 children under 5, and everyone loved sitting out on the enclosed porch enjoying the view at all different times of day. We were there late May, and the weather was perfect! Heather was a great communicator throughout the process as well. We will definitely stay again when we go back to SI next year!

His first ocean

The grandchildren loved the beach; unfortunately the water was too cold. House was very nice; clean and in good condition. Outside deck showing the ravages of rust from the salt air. Layout a little odd and was not clear in the ad. Maybe afraid to include a floor plan. Implied some private baths which were actually across the hall. The convenient beach access was closed; should have mentioned that in the description - quite a hike to the next access point. Parking almost theoretical; very tight getting out. For the price it was stingy on supplies. Wife most upset with no salt or pepper.
