Great house in a great community. We loved utilizing all the amenities like the pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. We will definitely be back!

Best rental experience ever!!

Been visiting and staying in venture out for 13+ years and this house was the nicest, cleanest and nicely put together house yet. I needed to contact the property owner and she was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay agian.

This home away from home was perfect for our family of five. Well stocked, very clean, great location, dock was perfect for the boat, and everything as described. Owner is easy to communicate with and very nice. Thank you.

Clean rooms; partial ocean view; easy access to Key West; allowed early/late check in/out. The beds were not comfortable. The bathrooms could use some updating. The room was warm as the host would not allow you to set the temp lower than 74.

It was a great stay. The property is lovely and had everything we needed. We were a little warm due to the fact that the thermostat could not be set lower than 74 because of the possibility of the AC system freezing up. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Great location. Responsive host. Nice property and amenities. We liked playing basketball, pickleball, and swimming. We felt very safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and sunrises on the balcony. House was lovely. Our only issue was that the property locks the thermostat to 74 degrees and warmer. This is pretty warm for us to sleep.

Great Location, Well Stocked with Everything!

We had a great time here at this beautiful home on the canal, with 2 outdoor seating areas, upstairs and down, plus lounge chairs on the canal and a grill with gas tank provided. Tons of towels and blankets and kitchenware. Clean and spacious.

Latitude Adjustment

The house was pretty amazing. Had everything you needed for cooking including spices, sharp knives, storage containers for left overs, etc. Most complete house we have ever vacationed at. All top rate, nice deck with view of Atlantic and shade! Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and quiet. My wife and I were able to watch the Sun come up every morning from the patio. My son and I fished for 4 days and having our guide pick us up and drop us off on the canal in front of the house was awesome. The only thing that needs to be changed is the mattress in the master. It is not a pillow top and it has seen it’s better days. My wife and I didn’t sleep well. I give it 4.5 stars and definitely 5 stars if the mattress is updated. I would stay here again.

Keys Adventure - Cudjoe Key

The location was good if you wanted to access the upper and lower keys. Our rental property was clean, included most of what we needed as well as a working grill and bikes. The VO property is easily walkable with good pool/area and other amenities to access.

Everything was great! The location of the home, canal for my boat and community were all amazing. The house is well taken care of, clean and had all the amenities of home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again myself.

Paradise!

Very nice accommodations, well stocked, comfy beds, great location! We biked, swam in the ocean and the pool, and used the hot tub. Everything was great! Very close to Key West, Bahia Honda State Park, and Looe Key. Check in only got 4 stars because the guard got snippy with us... My sister & I are booking again for next year.

Beautiful place to stay.

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. Any question we had was answer very quickly. Wish the store was open a little long but still really can't complain at all. Can't wait to come back and stay again.
