  • Canal Front 35 Seawall - Simply elegant describes this 2 Bedroom with 2 full Bathrooms, canal front stilt home! This home features a 35 concrete seawall with access to the Gulf & Ocean! Ocean views from the dock and porch! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats and fish cleaning table. Covered porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking the water. Interior features tile flooring, mounted living room flat screen TV, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a sleeper sofa in the living room. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, 2 bikes, bait freezer and covered parking. Additional amenities include in-home free WIFI, basic cable, and gas grill.
    ***Please Note: Venture Out Charges a Registration Fee of $125.00, this is paid at the time of your arrival, at check in.

Great Stay!!

We had an amazing stay! It had all of the amenities that we needed, and we especially loved having breakfast on the porch overlooking the water. Breathtaking view!! Would definitely recommend to stay at if you are visiting the Keys!

Our stay in the keys

We enjoyed our stay, was comfortable, they had things there for us to use such as fishing poles, kayak, and the things that we would have at home as well so we didn’t have to worry about much.

Back to the place we love

Sue and Art have a great place. All the amenities are available and it’s just easy, thus are reason for always coming back and staying where we know.

First keys vacation

Property is great, clean, well maintained. Location is great and Venture out is great, really nice pool, amenities. Would highly recommend this location.

Comfy in Cudjoe Key

We truly had a Thanksgiving to remember at Sue & Art's in Cudjoe Key. Booked it due to it being on the water and had a place for our boat, the two bed/bath was perfect for us and another couple. Everything about this place was wonderful, well stocked in all aspects including the kitchen!

Memorable trip with grandkids

had a wonderful time in Cudjoe Key with grands letting them experience Florida with snorkeling, swimming with dolphins and lots of boating. our place was beautiful and had everything. Love all the decks, access to the ocean and getting into our boat from the bottom deck. Loved our trip and all the amenities.

Peaceful getaway

Overall we had a great time the house had everything we needed quiet peaceful location. My grandson fished constantly. The beds were very comfortable.

Awesome vacation

Beautiful home, stayed in a few others for n Venture Out but this is the BEST. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Perfect for fishing, lobstering and laying by the pool. Full moon rising was breathtaking from our balcony.

Cudjoe Key

We had a great stay here. Great location and very clean, well-equipped home. Our only issue was the living room TV screen went half black during our stay and did not get fixed. Normally we wouldn’t be spending much time watching TV on vacation, but with an 11-month old it was a needed amenity. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time in Cudjoe Key.

Wonderful time!

Venture Out has all the amenities anyone would need! The pool was great, community store had all the basics as well as an easy boat ramp with fuel access. The accommodations were perfect, we had a 2/2 fully furnished included all the essentials in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms . Nicely decorated and very clean. We hope to be back next year! Thank you!

Wonderful vacation home

The house was very nice. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed having our boat just steps away. The outside areas upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. When we didn’t go out to eat we used the grill and ate outside. Thank you Sue, Art and Milo for allowing us to rent your home!

A perfect getaway

This cute little house sits right on the canal with gorgeous sunrises each morning and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony most days with the constant breeze. Very clean and thanks for the extras like soap, paper towels, and spices! We didn’t have to go to the store for any of those little extras, just food and drinks. We will definitely be back!
