“The only thing we couldn’t account for truly was the amount of homeless people that sleep outside the property. We had two vehicles so one had to stay in the road instead of in the garage. The cleanliness of the property was okay. There is no trash bags, 2 pods for laundry, some soap, some seasonings( mostly Italian) and plenty of towels and sheets. My stay was 3 nights and it took me asking each evening for a washcloth before getting a dish towel delivered to me on the third night to shower with. The unit was equipped with the basics. One spoon, one fork and one butter knife, a wine bottle opener- but not a can opener. Dish soap, but no dish cloths or dish towel (other than the one delivered to clean myself with). “The apartment was clean and easy to access with the keypad. Patricio was responsive to messages and willing to help if we needed anything. I would recommend staying here if you need to commute to the Salt Palace Convention Center or Downtown Salt Lake City (roughly 5-10 minute Lyft drive). ”
