“We had a lovely stay, and Silvia was an outstanding and helpful host. The place was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The large backyard is a definite highlight, and we made good use of the fire pit. The immediate neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed being relatively close to Tampa's downtown and attractions like Busch Gardens, but also not too far from Clearwater and St. Pete. Would be very pleased to stay here again if we return to the area.”

“Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive.”
