“Property worked very well for our group which was in town for a sailing clinic on Tampa Bay. Well located (with a car) and well equipped for our needs. Would rent again. ”

“Location, location, location! We had a very early arrival time at the airport the day after our stay. It only took us about 6 minutes to get to the airport to turn in our rental car. The size was just fine for what we needed. There were plenty of private parking spots to choose from. Our bed was more comfortable than the Comfort Suites we stayed in the previous two nights in another town. We arrived after 9 pm and had no difficulty using the directions we had been given to get into the unit....
