“This property is in wonderful location! Walkable to an awesome brewery and short Uber ride downtown. The owner is always reachable and very friendly! It was their family home for many years so they are still in the process of making it a true rental; there were lots of personal items in the home but we were told that before arriving. One thing to note- the largest bedroom is up a small open staircase that may be hard for some to access. The backyard is great for pups! ”

“Fantastic location, comfy beds (my husband said he hasn’t gotten that great of a sleep in a long time!), great showers, clean towels & bedding, well stocked kitchen and so much character and history!! We loved all of the pictures of sailboats & Tampa history. The yard was perfect for our dog. And we had an unexpected gaming console with ms Pac-Man and galaga which was so fun!! We LOVED our stay!! “A well appointed house with wonderful owners. Myself along with some friends and family didnt want to leave. The property itself is breathaking, with wonderful water views, a much needed pool and neat little outcoves sprinkled around the yard. There are some room for improvements in the house. “We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. ”

“Thank you so much for the amazing stay! At 35 years old this was the weekend getaway with my friends of 17 years that I dreamed of! I get married in September and all my girlfriends have little kids at home so we wanted something in a great location to get to dinners but a relaxing/safe/clean at home atmosphere. This was perfect! “Our family had the best time. House was clean, roomy, the views of the water was amazing. The pool was awesome. Caught a lot of fish. Everyone was happy the whole time. We will definitely be going back. Host was so very nice and gave good tips on the fishing. ”

“Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.”
