Cute house, right on the lake, convenient to Mt. Sunapee. We enjoyed a weekend away with kids (lots of toys and games provided) and our dogs (so nice to be able to bring them).

Winter Getaway. The property was the perfect location for what we needed: Privacy, serene beauty of the pond, and an impeccably procured home. We had everything we needed to cook, have morning coffee, have evening fire-pits, and sleep comfortably in clean and cozy beds. We played games and music on the large kitchen table and enjoyed the time together as a family that we don't always have a chance to in our busy lives. For activities, Mount Sunapee was a 12 minute drive and has that small mountain feel while offering big mountain fun. Restaurants and takeout options were nearby and great. It was an incredible stay. We would definitely be back here again and would recommended to all our friends.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. My son, his wife and two young boys joined us for one overnight. We canoed, did some kayaking, grilled a fabulous dinner and played several of the many board games available. The house has been beautifully renovated, and the kitchen seems to hold anything you could possibly want or need. It’s about a 20 minute drive into New London, a lovely town and great place to visit. Very peaceful, beautiful scenery, and enjoyed by all!

Amazing View & Perfect Cottage for a weekend ski getaway

We had a lovely time at the cottage - perfect size for two families with young/small children The house is clean, cozy and has all the supplies you need. Our girls loved the place, so did our Golden Retriever :). Will definitely return again...hopefully soon!

Total Relaxation

From the moment we walked in to see the breathtaking view of the lake, we knew we had made a good choice with this lake home. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond if we had a question. We spent two weeks enjoying the view and relaxing in the fabulous chairs on the dock. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back in the future!

Perfect lakeside stay

We have a lovely quick trip to Perkins Pond. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved being able to take a morning canoe ride. My young son loved all the games to play with. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again soon!

wonderful week on the pond!

Everything was easy….from renting, to checking in and out. There were useful binders of information, spices and staples making the kitchen functional. The neighbors are friendly and the house is lovely, with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view. The pond is pretty quiet with a few motor boats or jet skies. Overall we had a very relaxing week. Thank you!!!

Wonderful week at Perkins Pond!

We loved our stay at this house. Everything was so well organized, clean, comfortable and we loved being right on the water. The pond was great for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding and the views were terrific. Very dog friendly as well!

February Break Ski Vacation

This house is an absolute delight and Laura is a consummate host! The location is perfect with stunning views of the mountains across Perkins Pond and just a short 17 minute drive to Mt. Sunapee for skiing. We even had the extra bonus of ice skating the day after a little rain fell to create a perfect surface for my kids (age 9 and 6), who hadn't ice skated before. The house is well appointed with lots of white fluffy towels -- and thoughtfully provided with dark towels for those of us who travel with dogs and need to wipe off snowy paws ;-) The beds are comfy and the open plan space make it ideal for hanging out and enjoying one another's company. There are many thoughtful touches like teas, coffees, and spices provided as well as labels on all the lights so you don't drive yourself nuts trying to learn the set up. We'd definitely stay here again! :-)

Amazing place!

We had the best time staying here. We barely left the house because it was so comfortable. The views were spectacular! We spent our mornings and evenings on the dock. It was breathtaking! The host was super responsive and nice. Everything we needed in the house was there. We appreciated all the labeling in the house that new it easy to find things. We would return to stay here in a heartbeat. It was amazing!!!

A wonderful lake front property in New Hampshire.

This is a wonderful lake front property. Very clean. Good location. Very quite. Great supply of clean towel. Nice fire pit. Charcoal grill. Two bed rooms on with a large picture window that looks out on the lake. Highly recommended.

Wonderful spot

We stayed here during the winter for a ski weekend and I was eager to come back to check it out during the summer. Water view is stunning. It’s a perfect size for our family of 4 + water obsessed lab, and grandmother visiting a few days. House is updated and bright, has all the amenities. Lots of fun things to do in the area. Owner’s super responsive. Great spot.

Magical week on the water!

Our family had an amazing time at the cottage! It was wonderful to not have to think of sheets, towels, toiletries and other necessities! Our three year old enjoyed splashing and swimming in the water and our chocolate lab loved being a part of our family vacation! The pond itself is a quiet retreat and hidden gem. Laura thought of everything and it was the perfect place to relax for the week. We will definitely be back again!!

Relaxing week at the lake

We had an amazing time at the lake. The property was clean and VERY well appointed including all the towels and kitchen supplies you need. The lake was very quiet during the week and allowed us to explore via canoe and kayak.
