“Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

“There quadruple room is two rooms adjacent to each other with king beds good for 2 or 3, I booked 2 quaruple rooms thinking I am only booking for 2 rooms and ended up with 4 rooms and 4 beds which is too many for us, I wanted to cancel the 2 rooms or one quadruple room as they say because obviously I was mislead and made a mistake booking but my tough luck, they wont cancel the extra room. We had too many unnecessary rooms this trip, Tsk tsk... the room we booked was with the fireworks view,...

“Room is Ok. They don’t clean yours room if you are stayed a few days. Unless you requested. The view is over look at the beach and shows and convenience as well. You don’t expect too much out of their breakfast. You must wait at the lobby so they can take to restaurant closed by for breakfast. It’s so inconvenient.”

“We were very unpleased. We booked a new hotel the very next day. We could not get the air conditioner to cool down the room whatsoever. There was no refrigerator as advertised on Expedia and we were not brought through the room to understand how it worked.”
