Lots of activities, due to being spring the pool was cold, yard and landscape could use maintenance again it is early spring. The house is large. The property is ready for maintenance, light bulbs out, doors, screens damaged, we discussed items we felt should be addressed and management seemed concerned and are sending maintenance to take care of items.
