“Location was great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place. ”

“The property was very nice. Any thing you would need for a short stay was included. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. We will definitely consider staying here again if avaliable for our next visit. Our son lives in Denver. So we visit about 4 times per year. ”

“Great location! Walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We walked to Coors field for a Rockies game with our 10 month old, as well as the aquarium. Really clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend! ”

“This was the perfect location for exactly what we needed. We only stayed the three nights but it was enjoyable and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much for providing bathroom supplies in the shower it was helpful to not have to buy stuff when we got there. We enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend.”

“Accurate description and pics. Close to some pretty good restaurants and coffee. Location was good for us, neighborhood was quiet as well. Walked in the mornings, close to Denver city park, museum, and zoo if that’s of interest. ”

“Very clean quiet comfortable place. Great beds showers and a well stocked kitchen. Great communication and 15-20 min drive to Red Rocks. Hope to stay here again. ”

“The apartment was very quaint! Bed o was very soft and comfy. Had trouble with the AC on a Saturday night owner was on top of it immediately and had it fixed.”

“The condo was a perfect place to crash after busy days filled with CO adventures. Beds were comfortable and shades provided great privacy. It was nice the shades had an option to open from top so that privacy could be maintained while allowing some light in during the day. In addition, the communication and response time from host was outstanding. ”

“Great location and space ”

“My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. ”
