“Had to walk thru backyard with lots of trash and debris and dog poop right by our suite. Weeds and boards cluttered the narrow walkway. No lighting to lead the way back there. Hose was left on so we turned it off. Suite was too hot. Mini split AC could not keep it cool enough in there for a 100F degree day. All else was good.”

“The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter...

“Beautiful rental close to the university and trails. Very comfortable, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood.”

“Great location and communication”

“Lovely renovated upstairs apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy parking on street. Just up the block from the Harvard Gulch trail . Miles of easy trail. The host was very responsive always got back to me right away. Only thing I had a small issue with: the house entry way is now what leads to bothe the upstairs and main floor apartments. The wall closing off the entryway to this apartment does. Or appear to be completed. A space of several inches above the door is still open to the common...

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“Beautiful home with amenities that include a wonderful out door area, with a hot tub to remove the aches of traveling! The home was clean and well layed out for an exceptional stay. Our hosts were accommodating and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you!”

“Perfect and easy!”

“Great location! The house was spacious and clean. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities! Hot tub. The backyard has a very comfortable and enjoyable outdoor space with couch and a tv. And the front porch is enclosed with a comfortable couch. Would stay here again.”

“Nice place in good location. It accommodated 8 of us well. Plenty of parking with a Whole Foods store across street. One suggestion would be a little better communication leading up to stay. But over all, I would recommend”

“house was incredible”

“Great location!”

“La limpieza es bastante descuidada. Se le reportó al front desk y no hicieron nada.”

“Me gusta la ubicación del hotel, la piscina techada y el desayuno.”

“Le falta limpieza a la habitación ..cabello en la ducha y sucio el piso del baño ..manchas de huella en todas las puertas y paredes .”

“Clean room & comfortable room, great coffee”

“ I love the hotel and I like the suite with bath tub, but you never have availability, this time I stayed, the room was cold and the heating didn't work”
