“Property was not as clean as we are used to seeing. Maybe a better way to describe it would be to say the carpet needs to be replaced. It is old and dirty. The house was cleaned well with the exception of the carpets. Everything else was good. The owner was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues. ”

“Worked well for our family staying in Denver for about a week. The kitchen worked for breakfest and reheating things. Comfortable bedrooms, nice open living space. When things went wrong (power outage) host was very communicative”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something...
