The carpeting could use a deep clean or replacement as there were several stains. And one mattress also wasn’t great in the first bedroom. Parking right outside the door. ”

“An absolutely lovely location for a long weekend in Lake City. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The check in process was quick and easy and communication with the owner was great. Even though it seemed that lots of guests were staying in the other units, the building was quite quiet. Loved the attached garage, too! ”

“Our group of 6 loved the community room for playing games and watching The Academy Awards. Amazing view of lake. Our stay was enjoyable, during a snowstorm!We needed to retrieve a book behind the couch and found quite a bit of dust build-up, air vents had dust build up, and the refrig could use some cleaning—fyi for Management. We had a great time! Wonderful accommodations. ”

“The set up worked well for the family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not well stocked with bowls and Containers. I would consider it only fairly Stock. The cleanliness of the apartments was only fair to poor. There were some cobwebs, some corners dirty, along the edges had a fair amount of dirt. A few of the plates were greasy and dirty. The hallway was very dirty. The toilet paper was so very very thin. There is no body soap in the bathtub to wash with. The carpet seemed a...

“The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The place was clean great for a weekend with friends. There was both a bar and coffee shop within a block or two. The large deck in autumn was great for early evening sitting. And, the hosts were very responsive to my questions.”
