“This place is a GEM!!!! Room is very clean. Nice big shower and the bed is amazing. It's an adjustable and so comfortable. We rented the hot tub too and just had a ball! We will absolutely come back! It's also in a good location close to downtown. We came for the Chiefs game. TV had all of the apps on it so we were able to watch all the games and shows we like to watch. 10 out of 10 a GOOD TIME and fun place to stay.”

“Used food was left in the fridge, very unsanitary. The vanity in the main bathroom did not work. The couch is wore out. You sink so deep into the couch cushions, you cannot get up easily. One of the arm rests has no padding. You can see the outline of framework. One of the living room chairs plastic is peeling off. Very unappealing looking. Pictures on the website do not match the house. Communication with the hosts was amazing. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this townhouse! Location is perfect! Nothing is more than 15 minutes away. Area is partially industrial but also residential. We did not feel unsafe at all. Garage access was very nice. Everything is brand new and very well appointed. (There are no spices, foil, ziplocks, or plastic bags, so just keep that in mind if you are cooking.) Bathrooms are very nice. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. We really wanted to use the hot tub on the rooftop, but it was super windy....

“Overall the communication for check in was great and we were able to get early check in as needed. We paid the fee for the hot tub but never got the information for it until I texted the host because she forgot we even booked it that night anyways. The sheets and blankets could’ve been cleaner as there were dirt spots/ stains on them. The trash was not taken out either and there were a pack of trash bags waiting on the porch so that we could change it out. The neighborhood is not the safest area...
