“At first glance the place seemed clean. It could use a good deep clean. There was garbage between couch cushions, pet hair everywhere, needs to be dusted, and the floors seemed like they haven’t been swept. ”

“It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!”

“Nicely remodeled older home. It worked great for us. Very clean. The garage is very small so if you have a larger vehicle, it likely won’t fit. Regardless, the place was fantastic. The host was very communicative and everything was perfect. Highly recommended”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. ”
