"The hotel was not at all organized. Parking advertised was free but had to fight for it and make requests. Very congested area. Staff was not trained. Facilities were quite poor."

"The staff were amazingly helpful, with getting my room ready after I arrived much earlier. As someone who works in hotels in Australia, i can appreciate how challenging it can be. The buffet was lovely, and Charcoal too."
