“We had to leave aftre one night, found evidence of bedbugs including bedbug feces and a live bedbug.”

“I would have done 5 stars across the board of it wouldn't have been for the others staying in the other part of the unit that were incredibly loud at most of the times that they were there. One morning at 6am loud yelling, banging and other noises throughout the house. The next morning at 3am that was the same, but added into messing with the door between the units and conversations on the other side of that door "why have a door here if you can't go through it" showing that the other guests had...

“Very nice house. Comfortable”

“Great place, great location. No, you can't hear the Interstate when you're inside and trying to sleep. Inside of the home is nice updated and very clean. Loved the king-size beds.”

“The beds were comfy and it sooted our needs for our stay. The whole house could use a deep cleaning. A few things to note are: There is a stariwell in the kitchen that does not have a door or any kind of gate. The laundry room is located down the stairs. We didn't use the laundry room, it was just worth noting. When communicating with the host about a couple things he was super responsive and willing to fix the issues.”

“Overall, we were somewhat disappointed, considering how great the previous reviews were. The house is older and could use some TLC. The doors stick and the floors creak. The a/c is just window units in the bedrooms and a whole house dehumidifier. Downstairs could really use window treatments for privacy in the bedroom and bathroom. Basically a lot of minor inconveniences rather than any major issues.”

“Our family enjoyed this house in a nice, safe, and conveniently located neighborhood. Our family and dogs had plenty of space for the week that we stayed.”

“Centrally located and very responsive owners.”

“Cozy, comfortable, and clean home away from home. Hosts were so thoughtful, kind, and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Loved the cedar spa room, it was very relaxing. ”

“Beautiful rental close to the university and trails. Very comfortable, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood.”

“The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter...
